If you call them and yell at a supervisor, they might find your package for you, but be prepared to wait another week or two before it actually moves on the to the postal service. Has anyone else had any similar experiences with this facility? I'm just not sure why it just seems to be this facility in particular that I have had problems with. Are they just not notifying the USPS that they have packages to pick up there or what?
I first contacted FedEx, and they said it was handed to the USPS, and they can’t do anything, and they have no responsibility for the package anymore. But they clearly had the package, because they were the ones that "found" it and sent it on it's way. Excuses and flat out lies.
The package that took 3 months to get here was actually refunded by the sender because they couldn't locate it. Now, when I called looking for my package that didn't move for over a week I demanded to speak to a supervisor and she managed to find it and sent it on it's way, it left from Kent, WA at that point even though it was scanned as leaving a week before. Magically, the package that was ordered 3 months ago showed up THE SAME DAY as the package I had them track down. Coincidence? I think not.
The package that took 3 months to get here was not my package, it was for my significant other.
