If you got an email from The Honest Kitchen it will have a link for the survey, and if you click it at the end you get to pick from the following four options:

• Free  Shipping on all online orders via UPC in the contiguous US (no size limit, not valid in AK & HI) for the month of April at thehonestkitchen.com
• $20.00 off any purchase of $150.00 or more of Honest Kitchen products in store, or at thehonestkitchen.com
• $5.00 coupon off a 4 lb box of Grace or Prowl cat food in store, or at thehonestkitchen.com 

I chose the $5 off coupon and this is what I got at the end (NOTE: you can print it out multiple times and it is only good until May 5th so you don't have long to use it)
